you. Or maybe you know someone who is looking for something.
In a beautiful historic building. In Amsterdam Center, within
walking distance of Central Station, on the Prins Hendrikkade.
Just overlooking the Maritime Museum and Nemo. No flexible
workplaces, but your own permanent space, suitable for a small or
medium-sized company or startup. It concerns the following areas:
- A room for
approx. 5 desks
- A room for
approx. 2, 3 desks (total of the two rooms approx. 35 m2).
- Storage
room: space for your storage or administration (approx. 10
m2).
- Additional
possibility for hiring meetingroom (approx. 55 m2).
The rental
fee is 1500 euros per month for the two rooms together. This is
including furniture, energy, cleaning and internet.
If you would like to hire the meeting room, this is possible
for a small extra fee. If you want to use the meeting room
more substantial, the rental fee will increase.
We are
psychologists and software developers, you will get nice office
neighbors. We share the kitchen and toilet.

The Prins Hendrik quay where the office is located was named
in 1879 after Prince Hendrik (1820-1879), the third son of King
Willem II and brother of King Willem III. The prince was very
interested in trade and seafaring. The office is located in the
former building of Kweekschool
voor de Zeevaart, a maritime academy founded in 1785. The
rooms can also be used as a practice space for a GZ psychologist,
(business) coach or therapist in the Amsterdam region. We also
offer an attractive meeting room that can be rented flexibly.
